The poster reads: "This is the market where the storekeeper buys food and brings it to his store near your house." Poster about wholesale food markets. Established by Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Works Progress Administration (WPA) as part of his New Deal, the Federal Arts Program ran from August 29, 1935 until June 30, 1943.
